Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     "Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 1" in-store digital pre-order missing

    Am I the only one who purchased the "Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 1" in-store digital pre-order from WalMart, and that pre-order shows up in my Vudu library, however now that the movie has been released digitally, the movie is not showing up in my Vudu library?

        Are the bonus features going to show up soon as well? The 2 hour documentary and deleted scenes that CinemaNow and iTunes have are not listed on Vudu. If I buy no and it gets fixed later, will I still get all the bonus features?

          It is past 1pm pst, (4:18 eastern) and the Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 1 is still not available for me to watch. I see 4 titles, the movie preorder image, the trailer, and featurette's for mockingjay part 1 and insurgent. The movie says I own HDX but there is no option to watch it or download it.

          I am planning to watch this when I get home from work, when will it be up?

            Well it's 5:15 my time Eastern, which I'm assuming is beyong noon PST, and it's still not available in my locker at least.

              Your not the only one. I bought the blu-ray plus digital copy in store pre-order and would think since the digital copy is available for purchase today it would hit my account since I have the pre-order. Is there an answer to this yet?

                At almost 6pm est... making it almost 3pm Pst where is the movie!!!! I have a very upset 10 year old waiting and she shouldnt be waiting at this time.

                  I just checked at 3:55pm Pacific Time, and while the movie itself now shows up under the pre-order item in my Vudu library, when I click on that movie there, it shows I do not own it, and instead shows the prices to purchase it. I am assuming that Vudu technical support is aware there is still a problem with this? I am posting this update in the off chance that Vudu technical support thinks this problem is solved, when it actually isn't solved yet. Thank you for your help getting this working.....hopefully this problem will be solved very soon.

                    I have the same issue but i am able to play it on CinemaNow and MGO so its half a win now

                      Could you restart the application. If you're still seeing the same issue when you enter the bundle, please let me know.

                        Vudu Support: The behavior/problem I am seeing is when I am logged into the Vudu website (via multiple web browsers)....that is where it is showing I do not own the pre-order (even though it was released earlier today). Which application were you suggesting I restart?

                        danglin709: Interesting....I hadn't thought to check there. In my case, this movie *is* showing up within CinemaNow, but not showing up within Mgo. Thanks to you, my family will be able to watch this tonight although not via Vudu). Again, hopefully Vudu can solve this problem soon. It sounds like Vudu thought this problem was solved when it wasn't. Glad I posted again that the problem is still present.

                          Dan, I have tried multiple times restarting the Vudu app on my roku 3 and it still shows the option to buy not watch. It is in my library now and as i said before i can watch it on the other uv services now. also i can watch it on the Pc on vudu

                            Well, sometime in the last 30 minutes, the movie finally showed up as me owning it within my Vudu library. Thank you Vudu for solving this problem!

                              So from My VUDU>My Movies you see the bundle listed in your library. When you enter the bundle, the movie shows up, but when you click there it's asking your to purchase? I just need to clarify so I can help.
