The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum

    missing promotional movie credit

    I bought two of the movies being promoted to give up to $8 in movie bucks towards Insurgent tickets. "The impossible" and "Now you see me". I only received 1 ticket for insurgent, even though both purchases were credited. When I contacted customer service they did the usual stating of policy and how it works. I informed them that I had waited the 48 hours before contacting customer service. They then responded with the usual "please check your email thoroughly and this is how to do that". Now I'm a first time mom with a 4 month old baby at home, I also suffer from migraines, and have been sick as a dog. So after being told to properly check my email, which I'm not technologically handicapped I know how to check my email properly, but with everything I was going through I admit I lost my temper a bit. I did send an apology for my attitude but they chose to "close" my case anyways without the issue being resolved. So I reopened the ticket informing them that the issue has yet to be resolved. I find this behavior unprofessional despite my outburst, I followed the policy properly for purchasing in order to receive the credit for the tickets and the issue should be taken care of properly.
