Not all movie titles show up as I own them.

I have a few movies that I own the digital copy too. Added them to my list, and yet they only show up as the trailer. I have the option to rent or buy it. I already bought it.... it shows up on another site and I can watch it from there... so what is going on? I would rather stick with vudu for all my movies, not have to jump back and forth just to watch my movies.

How are you getting to your movies? My kids complained about this, but they were finding the movie by searching, so they were landing on a slightly different version that I didn't own, like one with bonus features or a different cut. Are you seeing this problem if you look at your movie list under My Vudu?

Not sure we have enough details to speculate at this point. Where did you redeem the digital copy; with VUDU or a different retailer? What are the movie/s?

        All were added through vudu
All show up on the vudu channel, just not all say I really do own it.
It is going to the my vudu on the top line, then going to movies. They all show up. Just not all say we own like it should. It is showing a few movies as we can buy or rent it. Ummm already bought it. Don't wantnt too again. Yet if you go to flixster all the movies are there and say we own them like it says. I would like to stay in one spot for all my movies rather than having to jump back and forth looking for movies.

Never mind I see the issue. When you first click on a movie, most all say own. Yet there are a few that's still say rent/own. That is not the first option, the first option is play sd.
My eye just saw the rent or buy and didn't see the top option.
          Sorry

Ah, I see...since you owned the SD version only, there was still a buy/rent option, in case you wanted to upgrade to HD/HDX, it would seem!

Now if only the studios would offer us a discounted upgrade....

I just started going through my movies and not long ago I was bingeing all of the mcu movies before end game came out. Well now there are a few that I just watched not long ago, that I had purchased, that are saying I have to buy or rent them. I went online via my phone and mobile app and it says I own hdx but on my TV apparently I do not now? How does this happen? I looked for an option to watch and or otherwise and it shows nothing. It even shows that I have watched the movie but still rent or buy and for 15 dollars when I already payed the full price before.
