The VUDU website needs a cart, BADLY!

Yes the site needs a "to buy" cart. Perhaps it's only me, but I buy (no rent) movies a couple at a time. Without a cart, it takes a lot of time checking out each movie "one at a time." Seriously, even D2D has a cart, but not the main site?!?

This would be a great feature

I agree, when I rent or buy multiples and then look at my checking account its a long smoorsgesburgh of each separate purchase, when a nice cart would make it clean and simple.

Yeah. Hard to believe in 2018 there is no online cart. Would be nice.

They've been asking for this for years but I don't think I would use it often since I usually only buy one title at a time. I think the majority of Vudu customers do the same so really don't think it's a high priority for Vudu. I think being able to sort by resolution would be of more benefit to the majority of Vudu customers.

lujan, sorting resolutions is an excellent idea! I say that all the time when wanting to watch a UHD title. So what's stopping you Vudu Engineers? Merry Christmas lujan.

Well, it would certainly be nice for tv series purchases, since not all of them have a buy series option. For instance, I took advantage of the sale to pick up all 11 seasons of Married with Children, so now I have 11 purchases on my card from vudu, just for that one series.

I also buy multiple titles at a time and would find an online cart extremely useful. In addition, it wouldn't affect folks who only purchase one title at a time: Add your one tijtle>Checkout. What could be simpler.

This has to be one of the lamest complaints ever. All in all its just an obvious case of pure laziness.

I almost always buy only one title at a time so I'm fine with the way it is now. More importantly I wish Vudu would let you filter your titles by resolution.

This isn?t an issue of laziness. It would be easier for coupon codes, it would also be easier on bank statements (for major sales I might buy 10-20 titles...instead of a bank statement showing all those as individual transactions, it would be nicer just to have one). Same with balance and history on Vudu. Not to mention, it is just standard practice in the e-commerce industry in 2019.

It has nothing to do with laziness. If that were the case, people requesting a cart wouldn?t use Vudu anymore.

I'm with you all on this one. I tend to buy 5-10 at a time (never rent), and it is a lot of hassle running them one at a time. I don't know about anyone else, but I also see it as a possible security risk, running so many Credit transactions through the same site in such a short period of time.

There's nothing lazy about it. One of the main problems with not having the cart is on D+D purchases that aren't new releases Vudu charges shipping on a per order basis and since you can't add multiple titles you pay shipping on each title. Likewise if they had a cart you could have not only have the option of paying one shipping charge for all titles but getting free shipping if you enough titles to hit a "free shipping" price threshold.

It's also easier to audit your credit cards when you have one charge for all the purchases in a say a day than a charge for each title. I have hundreds of transactions on my cards each month and buy multiple titles on Vudu each week on Tuesdays when new titles come out. I would prefer to have one transaction each week, then upwards of several to a dozen each week for one vendor.

They have a cart system already anyway, just its only for Disc to Digital purchases. It's just a matter of using in for the main store as well.

That is by design, since there is profit to be made in charging shipping on individual purchases.
