The Last Ship Season 2 - Latest Episode Missing

I recently purchased the season pass for the second season of The Last Ship. The problem that I have is that the last episode available is episode five (Achilles). On July 19th the sixth episode of the season (Long Day's Journey) aired. Per the FAQ (here):

Does VUDU offer season pass pricing for currently airing TV shows?
    Published 09/26/2012 11:32 AM

For our new and returning TV series this fall, VUDU is providing the option to purchase a currently airing season before the season is completed.

When you purchase one of these seasons, new episodes will typically appear the day after they air on network TV.

If you purchase a season before the series begins airing, you can initially expect an 'empty' season. Don't worry. The season will fill up soon; at the same rate those episodes air on network TV.

After you purchase the season, you wont have to pay for each episode as it becomes available because you'll already own them. Purchasing currently airing TV series makes sure you never miss an episode!
Today the seventh episode (Alone and Unafraid) aired. Why do I not have access to the sixth episode? Can someone fix this, and also make sure that tomorrow I have access to the seventh episode as well? This is my first experience using Vudu, and already being unhappy that other services (such as Xbox Video) have the latest episode is a real turn-off for me.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Re: The Last Ship Season 2 - Latest Episode Missing

There is an issue with the encode we received from the studio. This is taking longer then expected. We are trying to get this out as soon as we possibly can.

Re: The Last Ship Season 2 - Latest Episode Missing

This is the second time they've had problem with this show. Episode Two was also missing. I had to contact customer support, and they added it a few days late.

It would be nice if Vudu offered Season Pass customers some kind of credit for the inconvenience.

Re: The Last Ship Season 2 - Latest Episode Missing

We should have both missing episodes available tomorrow, if all goes well.
