    I have what should be an easy ticket I would think. Switch my Zodiac for Zodiac Director's Cut. I've proven that's what I have the blu-ray for. It was sent to the content team. But nothing has been done in weeks.

    I also opened another similar ticket today. I have Spawn Director's Cut DVD but Disc to Digital would only give me Spawn regular. The director's cut is eligible.

      FelipeF, if you can please check my ticket - 160712-000983. I emailed customer service about having Tammy (the theatrical cut - http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content/541336/Tammy) removed from my library since I just purchased the extended cut version. I received an email from customer service saying they were issuing me a $6.99 refund for an "accidental purchase" and that wasn't what I emailed about, and the theatrical cut on Tammy is still there. I already removed it from my UV locker prior to emailing support.

        I took care of this for you. Looks like the agent is still learning the curves, disregard his email response. Sorry for the confusion.

                Hey FelipeF, I opened a case about Batman V Superman Instawatch. I ordered the 4KUHD from walmart.com and was suppose to get the theatrical cut as well as the extended cut. I only ever got the theatrical cut. I opened a case and then when no one emailed me back, I placed a call. They told me to email them my receipt, which I included in the original ticket, and they would get back to me. I did that and still I haven't heard from anyone. Please help.

                      I have a few more tickets that have been open for a very long time and then closed on me. They kept asking me the same questions and then gave me information that I already know to be incorrect. Could you please help again FelipeF?

                            But for one of my tickets, they told me that 4K Blu-ray codes do not redeem in UHD. But that's wrong. Two of mine are known to work at Vudu for UHD and one only works as UHD through Flixster but I wasted my code at Vudu.

                            And for another ticket, they told me that most codes redeem in SD. That's also wrong. When from Blu-ray, the vast majority redeem in HDX.

                              Maybe someone at Vudu will see this, and decide to offer some help, since support has become nothing but radio silence.

                              161122-000707 - I'm trying to have a title (theatrical cut) removed as I bought the unrated version. They wanted me to confirm I wanted it deleted, I did, then silence. The title has been removed from my UV locker already.

                              161125-000010 - I bought Barbershop: The Next Cut Blu-ray for my brother-in-law. He gave me the UV slip since we share accounts. I redeemed it for us and only received the SD version. I called support after I sent in an email, even she says it's a mistake and I should have received the HD version. I also submitted the UV slip in my initial email, and nothing but silence since.

                              Been close to 10 days now, and I've heard nothing regarding either of my tickets. Vudu use to have great customer service, could get issues resolved in hours, now it seems like it's weeks to months, if that. Too many smoke breaks?
