    Anyone else having trouble loading vudu through a browser?

    edit: to condense everything down...... the website on a browser doesn't work with my account signed in(PC or phone).. If i sign out or sign into another account it will work...also my account does work on a roku or the vudu app on ios....

    I've tried using firefox, chrome, and edge so far.... the website will load fine. I can go through my library like normal.... but any time I click on a movie to go into its specific page... it's just showing a loading screen....I even tried downloading vudu's app on the microsoft store and that's doing the same thing... I've cleared my cookies/cache and restarted my pc... I've even turned off my adblocker and firewall to check it and nothing is helping... but I'm not seeing anyone else post anything so maybe it's just an issue I'm experiencing...It's been happening for me since yesterday as far as I'm aware.. I can watch on my roku just fine but not from my web browser ..

    just discovered for some reason if I sign out it'll load the page just fine..... but as soon as I log into my account it's stuck on a loading screen..... you know what's going on? @FelipeF

        also checked the browser on my phone(safari)... same thing... if I'm signed into my account the page wont load but will if I sign out...... and the vudu app itself works fine.

          Just remembered I set up some accounts for my family when family sharing was a thing.... I signed into one of those accounts and the website works....but it will not for my Account.... so this is definitely something on your guys(Vudu) end...

              it's been about a month.... I've contacted vudu twice through chat and each time they said that it's getting escalated ..... I have yet to hear a thing back from vudu... I've sent like 4 emails.... doesn't seem all that "escalated"

                well last weekend I was told through chat they would get their supervisor to look into my issue... still haven't heard anything back... but I have discovered something new... if I manually change the url around I can watch a movie... I just cant access it's page to look at its description/cast/etc....discovered this as a redeemed "silent night"... so the page for it - (https://www.vudu.com/content/browse/...-Night/2632720) will not load for me but this url (https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...CHASED_CONTENT) will.... and I can use that url and just change out the /26732720/ with any of my other movies to watch them... hopefully someone at vudu will actually look into this because I shouldn't have to go through all that to watch movies I've purchased through vudu and if it's happening to me I'm guessing it's happening to others...

                    .... doesn't matter what browser I use... tried firefox,chrome,edge, and safari ... it's nothing to do with the browser anyway.. it's my account... I can use a different account and the website works perfect - just not with mine....

                          well you definitely have it worse then me.... I can at least watch it on roku....looks like a lot of people are having issues at the moment
