    Removing Bundle & Save Titles

I redeemed my code for Suicide Squad when it first came out, so I have the theatrical and extended versions of the film as a bundle and save. Is it possible if I were to open a ticket I could get customer service to remove the theatrical version, and just let me keep the extended version?

After speaking with two different Vudu phone reps and two different Vudu floor supervisors I was told that they can't do this or it would go against their contract with the studio. I suggested they delete the bundle from my library and simply credit me $32.98 so I can immediately repurchase the two versions individually but they refused. Both supervisors told me tier 3 level support refused to do this even though I am a loyal customer who has spent a lot of money on their site over the years while also convincing others to use Vudu instead of Amazon, iTunes and Google. This is the same department that was supposed to review the situation and email me back a month ago yet never did so. They also stated that WB dictates how the code is redeemed (as a bundle vs. two titles). It know it shows up at two individial titles in my Amazon and Movies Anywhere libraries. The WB online chat agent stated they have no control over how Vudu does things. I then called Wal-Mart customer service who didn't even know that they owed Vudu. I am now more upset that they refuse to resolve the matter with good customer service. Basically a $32.98 credit (and immediately return revenue) is greater than my value as a loyal customer who has made an active choice to give them my money instead of their direct competitors in the past. Yes, wanting something like this is trivial and/or **** but it still could have been dealt with quickly and easily if someone somewhere was actually willing to step up and provide good customer service. Today I will be calling Wal-Mart's corporate office in Arkansas on my lunch hour.
Vudu blaming the studios, then the studios blaming Vudu is a normal thing. It's like tennis and they just hit the ball back and fourth.. lol

VUDU did promise in an email a couple months back...(A NEW EXPERIENCE COMING SOON!)...not what we were hopeing for, but with all the issues pileing up, it's quite the experience for sure!
