    HDX on PC Error #3342

    The dreaded error that occurs;
    Oops! This movie won't play on your display due to copyright restrictions. It can be played only if both your output and display support HDCP. [#3342]
    Unable to stream any HDX movies in my library on my PC.
    (e.g. Dawn of the Planets of the Apes, The Theory of Everything, The Visit, etc.)

    Able to download and watch HDX movies, and also able to stream HDX movies to my TV.

    Able to stream SD movies on my PC... though that is pretty useless.

    Download speed is well above 5.0Mbps

    All Adobe softwares are up to date and allowed on the domain(as of 9/16);
    Flash v.27.0.0130
    Air 27.0

    Chrome Browser is up to date (as of 9/16);

    Monitors are HDCP supported (according to NVIDIA control panel);
    DELL U2212HM

    Video Card Driver up to date (as of 9/16);
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
    Driver v385.41 (release date 2017.8.24)

    I'd appreciate any advice,
    thank you in advance.

    Re: HDX on PC Error #3342

    I too am having the same issue with HDX and SD movies. Please help!

      Re: HDX on PC Error #3342

      It's crazy, I just started getting this and I have almost an exact same system.

      I have a GTX 970 as well and my monitors are Dell E2414H's. All adobe stuff up to date same for chrome. No idea what to do.

        I have the same issue. How do we get support from Vudu?

          Im having the same error. Cant play anything now. Started with crashing as "not responding" on the window. Then I reinstalled VUDU, AIR, Flash, and my video driver. now all I get is "Oops! This movie won't play on your display due to copyright restrictions. It can be played only if both your output and display support HDCP. [#3342]"

          Ive been trying to get VUDU to help with this and another issue of it having a blank screen with audio playing on the first video Full Screened then the 2nd plays fine in Full Screen. VUDU support has been non responsive on this 2nd topic though even as far as closing my requests without any response to me about them....

          Any ideas on how to fix either of these issues (or both) would be greatly appreciated
