Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I am not sure if this would matter, but Vudu's buffering issue seems to be both during peek time and when watching HD movies. Best I can remember we have not had this problem with SD.

      My husband is working with the support team and has a case for this problem and another problem we were having earlier today with audio not being in sync with the video.

      We've just noticed others having problems streaming lately and wanted to let you guys know that we too are having problems that we didn't seem to have before.

      Buffering is an issue for us lately while watching HD movies at night. Saturday night we tried our Roku device and on our TV. Our Roku device is wireless, but our TV is not. I don't think we've tried SD when this happens, we just switch over to watch something on satellite, Netflix, or HULU. Next time this happens we will try an SD movie to see if that works.

          I had horrible buffering issues trying to watch HDX Skyfall last night. We started the movie around 9:30 PM:

          - Accessing VUDU vis Sony BD player - hard wired to my FIOS router
          - Speed tested 3 tiems - showed I was getting 85 Mbps down/35 up!
          - VUDU HDX speed test failed twice -said it could not continue due to my 'Network Problems"
          - Speed test finally worked for HD but not for HDX
          - Power cycled everything
          - Changed my DNS to Google Public DNS

          Contacted Verizon FIOS tech support and they ran several speed and packet tests - they say no problem with the Network.

          I can't find anywhere on the VUDU web site to open a trouble ticket - am I missing something?

          Any help that VUDU or anone can offer would be apprecaited - I have had this problemf for the past several weeks in 2013 and a few in December 2012 also.

              I opened my case 3 days ago per DanielH (Incident: 130217-000357), but have not received a response. Any help would be appreciated.

              Anyone else getting resolution on their buffering issues? I'm sure everything works fine at non-peak times however when I pay for a HDX movie on a Saturday night during primetime and have plenty of bandwidth and no packet issues with my internet connection - is it too much to expect it will work?
