    How do I refresh "My Movies" or why do some devices not know I have purchased movies.

    I have a ticket open because I purchased a movie twice, because it was not showing up on my bedroom television. But I also just purchased the new Ghostbusters movie on the VUDU app on my ROKU TV in the living room, but if I sign in on the web, it doesnt seem to believe I have bought Ghostbusters: Afterlife. It also doesnt show up on my phone ap.

    I either have 69 movies, or 71 depending on the platform I sign in on. How can I get those movies to show up?

    I have tried signing out and back in on all of the devices.

    It's not possible to purchase a movie twice. You CAN purchase a movie a movie in a lower quality and then purchase it in a higher quality. It sounds like you might have more than 1 account and different devices are signed into different accounts.


      I assure you it is the same account. I might buy the different accounts if I didn't have 69 movies in common on both accounts. But when I look on different devices the Ghostbusters: Afterlife is only on the device I purchased it on. After a few weeks The Stand (the double purchase) did show up on my other devices. I have an email into customer service on the double charge. But I would like to know how long it should take before it shows up on the other devices. If I purchase and start a movie in my living room, and then want to finish it from the bedroom TV I don' want to have to wait until the device actually gets refreshed.

      I will agree it SHOULDNT be possible to purchase the same move... but I'd wager it is possible. I don't think they offer The Stand in low and high quality. Even if they do... the first purchase didn't show up in either quality.

      Just to make sure I did verify all devices are signed in under the same email address.


        You can have 2 accounts under the same email address if 1 is signed in with your Walmart creds and the other is Vudu only.
