Vudu to Go weird caption problems

So I like to watch with the captions on even though my hearing's pretty good. I also sometimes like to jump between episodes (say, to look at when something was foreshadowed). A couple of times now, when I've jumped episodes in Vudu to Go (Windows version), it's shown the video of the episode I wanted, but the captions from the previous episode I played.

Also, sometimes it plain won't show any captions, even when the episode has them and the captions are turned on.

I'm having a hard time reproducing either of these intentionally. The only pattern I've noticed so far is they seem to occur with videos that I start streaming from the very beginning (though jumping through the timeline doesn't fix them). I haven't managed to get a good screenshot of them when they do occur, yet (I usually get hit with this error before I find a good example).

...Actually, the captions in general seem like they could use a little work. I've previously seen Vudu to Go pull up captions from the first half of a video when I'm playing the second half (divided exactly in half, near as I can tell), though I haven't seen that in awhile. Something more consistent in Vudu to Go is, maybe half the time, the italics don't show right, showing as commas around the relevant words, instead. On the Roku channel, sometimes sections of captions are skipped over. The best-performing captions I've seen so far are on the Android app. This can be confusing enough for me; I can't imagine what it would be like for someone who really needs captions.

Anyway, would someone look into these, please?

Re: Vudu to Go weird caption problems

I just managed to get a good screenshot. The video playing is "Kindergarten Kid/Know Your Fusion," but it's pulling up captions from "Sword to the Sword/Rising Tides; Crashing Skies," which I had open previously. Even if you're not familiar with the content, the discrepancy should be pretty evident. (Image is shrunk to fit within 640x480.)

I'll note that I found if I turn the captions off and on again, it pulls up the captions for the right episode, so at least there's that.
