Does Guam get IP addresses in the USA address block? If so, there should be no problem...

Post your main IP here and we'll try to help you figure it out.

You can find it at www.whatismyip.com if you need help.

                Re: Vudu support for Guam

I just did some searching and Guam is considered its own country as IP addresses go and has its own set of IP addresses outside of the range for USA IP addresses.

So, simply based on your IP address we cannot give you an answer. Vudu will have to respond.

                  Isn't GUAM a U.S. territory?

Yes, it is but it is also its own geo-political entity. I'm not sure how the licensing of the content applies to territories. Even if the licensing is valid, is Vudu set up to accept the IP blocks from those territories? That's why we need Vudu to answer.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to connect to the Vudu service from Guam. Our service is only available within the 50 states.

Yes, but are there any plans to expand to include Guam. This seems like a network issue not a licensing issue. With the forthcoming update, Apple TV will be the only HD game in town!

Actually, I believe it is a licensing issue. Apple has deals for video content in more places than Vudu at this time.

How do all the others (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc) work on Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, but Vudu does not? There are literally millions of dollars wanting to be spent from all these places, and Vudu has no response but 'currently, we only allow the Continental US and PR.'
                              Please. Someone. A real answer.

Is there anyone that can actually get a statement from an actual decision maker as to why these UNITED STATES of AMERICA areas are not allowed? An actual, full-fledged answer. Not some 'I've been instructed to tell you that it's not allowed where you live.'
No disrespect, but you guys need to hire the team that is taking care of this for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

                              Thank you.
