Videos Owned report/export PLEASE!!! SORELY MISSING! Seems Easy to make available...

VUDU have a lot of videos owned on your service can you please add a function (maybe under My Account) to export a simple list of titles owned ASAP..... would like to catalog titles owned on VUDU in movie catalog software so can have a list with me when out shopping.

A simple text list export or Comma deliminted file would suffice.

    Thanks!
    Archer

Yes I agree this would make life so much simplier, when I owned a couple hundred I could easily keep track in my head what i had but now approaching 1500 titles it is getting much harder. I would prefer a PDF version if possible.

I bet Mr. FattyMoBookyButt, or someone (maybe even me) could help us do this if he'd share his code for his D2D scraper with some of us. Vudu webpage has to Query their library for our owned content somehow. Exporting the results should be fairly simple.

Edit: Looks like he has shared it, but the method for D2D title search is not portable to an 'owned' title search.

I found a way to easily create a list of my films. Login to uvvu.com, and go to your library. Then click on show all titles and wait for it to load up. It may take a few minutes. After that is done, highlight all the films. You can then paste them into an exel spreadsheet. I did this, and it pasted every movie separately into a new line. It may have some blank lines between every film, then follow these instructions to remove them.

That only works if you have a small amount of movies I guess? I tried with my collection (436) using both Excel 2013 and Excel 2010 and it hung up both times. It never pasted the movies into Excel.

It worked for my collection of 516 movies. It did take a while to paste it in, about 30 seconds, but it eventually worked.

Also doesn't help when you have a percentage of your collection that is not UV, but Vudu only.
