    Feature Request: User enabled tagging of "Favorites" and then be able to Sort/Filter

    First, I love the ability to sort on the various VUDU apps. Makes it much easier to get around the titles. However, I would like to request that users be able to tag titles in their library as "Favorite". Then to be able to only show titles that have been favorited when sorted.

    This would be an awesome feature. I myself have a decent size library of 500+ titles, but even with that it is a pain to have to scroll down each time to find the titles I watch all the time. I would imagine it is even more of a pain for those people who have thousands in their library.

    Would this feature be possible?

    I would love to have the ability to sort by unwatched or sort by your user rating. That way I can see my top movies and movies I have not rated yet, therefore not watched.

    I am always haveing to scroll through my list and find ones I have not watched. I would love to have those right at the top.

      Really I think the Vudu.com website needs to be formatted as more of a control panel rather than just a place to watch your library. I don't think many people actually watch movies much on VUDU.com, most viewers probably come from Roku, PS, Xbox, and mobile devices.

      We need to be able to manage our library through the website with more granular control, effecting how the library is displayed on the VUDU apps. We need to be able to classify, hide, make notes, block, group, rate etc. VUDUs best customers are movie enthusiasts, they want this sort of control and it would be a great area of differentiation for VUDU.

      The VUDU apps should be simple with limited options such as rating, wish lists, renting and purchasing. The website should be complex with many options.

        Not a bad idea, Robin, but it shouldn't be an either/or proposition. There is no reason to take features away from anyone, because if Vudu did add additional library management options that were web-only (I think they should be for all apps, but I'm using your example here), they could just add a Library Management tab to the navigation options at the top of the web page, and leave the Watch Movies part alone otherwise.

        Incidentally, a lot of people have asked for customizable folders or collections, so we could create a collection just for each family member or for genres the way we interpret them... or even movies in a series that don't all start with the same word! It seems to me that that solution would also suit the OP's request.

          Is there any word on this at all?

          Having 1500 in my collection, I would love a way to sort by Favorites or some way to tag, especially to separate what I have as of now, mental "to watch" queue.
