General question about redeeming a digital copy

I have some questions about redeeming digital copies...

    1. I've heard that Disney digital copies can also be redeemed onto Vudu, how do I do this?

    2. I have some movies with digital copy codes that expired before I opened my Vudu account, is there a way to redeem these?

    3. I have digital copies to movies that are available on Vudu, however, the code isn't specifically for Vudu redemption, is there a way to get around this? (e.g. my transformers DOTM code prompts me download to iTunes and the code doesn't work on Vudu)

If someone could answer these questions, or give me a link to a page with these answers, I would appreciate it!

    1. This only applies to movies released with Digital Copy Plus. For these, the insert in the case will direct you to digitalcopyplus.com/(name of your movie) to redeem. Once you input the code, you will be given a list of providers that the code is good for. I think, thus far, Vudu has been an option for every DC+ release. A comprehensive list can be found here:
    http://www.digitalcopyplus.com/providers
Note: The recent re-release of The Jungle Book isn't listed (list only goes to the end of January 2014, and the Jungle Book came out earlier this month), but I can confirm that Vudu is a digital copy option as I redeemed it myself the other day.
If your digital copy is an actual disc, I think those can only be redeemed in iTunes.

    2. If the code is expired, you can still try it and see if it works. If it doesn't, you will need to get in touch with either Vudu or the studio that made the movie and see if you can get a replacement code.

    3. When UV was launched, some studios did allow you to swap iTunes codes for UV codes and vice versa. However, I am not sure if this practice is still being done. If all else fails, you can check to see if your movie is available for Disc-to-Digital here:
