As you can tell by my signature, I only have one title that's still "HD" and not "HDX". They need to get the 1080p encode of "Wildthings".

              1 UHD
              713 HDX
              1 HD
              2 SD

That's weird. Where did you get it?

I got it a while ago through Vudu D2D (I think). And it only shows HD.

Even when I sign-out, it only shows SD & HD options.

                    You've gotta be kidding me!!

I go and check my brother's account, and he's got the HDX version in his library. He shares my UV account, but I'm the primary account holder. So I bought the movie, and I'm stuck with the HD version. He leeches off my account, and he gets the HDX upgrade.

The same thing happened with Cadillac Records. It was previously only available in HD. Vudu just added HDX.

So my brother's library gets the HDX upgrade and I'm stuck with the HD version.

The same thing happened to my on Eraser and I just called Vudu and they fixed it so that now I have the HDX version. You should do the same.

I down own Fly Away Home yet, but it still just shows as HD for me. If I buy it, my sub accounts will get the HDX version, but I'll have the HD? I'll give it a week or so to see if they correct the bug.

Even ignoring the HDX issue, that's weird, cause when I'm logged into my account, in a case like that (where I just owned the SD version), while I would see a checkmark by the SD version, I'd still see the higher quality versions available to rent and buy.

this happens most every time they get an hdx encode after they only have the hd one to start if you call customer care they will fix it because as of right now the hdx one is not available to purchase
