it clearly stated it on the card front and back / the walmart big sign said digital VUDU copy / your receipt says lego digital copy 
Plus, when you enter the code it says lego digital copy VUDU and yet another big tell was when you entered the code it did not ask for a shipping address like every other preorder does <<<< BIG HINT - so all in all why are you so mad ?
