I just ordered Mimic to test it out and it was added to my Vudu account 10 minutes later.

I just checked out Mimic's entry on Walmart.com. Much like the movie I ordered the other night, the Instawatch banner is nowhere to be seen. Crazy.

The logo was there last week, but you are right I don't see it now either. Must be having problems of some type.

How does this work using the App? I bought some movies a few weeks ago (Kingpin & Kingdom of Heaven). I don't have a smart phone and didn't know there was a website you can manually enter the receipt but apparently you have to enter it in within 7 days for it to be valid to do what ever it's supposed to do on that site.

Do you still get the movies assuming they are instawatch or am I sol?

The 7 day eligibility is only for the ad matching. I did a receipt that was maybe 3 weeks old, and though it said it was not SavingsCatcher eligible, it still added the movies.I'm sure there's a limit, but it sure doesn't seem to be 7 days.

Has anybody had it work with movies not listed under the Instawatch pages?

I got 22 Jump Street and Hercules not sure if they are listed on the page but I got the digital copy in my account within a couple hours.

                      Re: Walmart.com and Instawatch

I hope How to Train Your Dragon 2 is an Instawatch title. I was planning to buy it for my wife for Christmas (among other things). If it's an instawatch title, I can watch it on Vudu before Christmas, and not have to open the disc which will be wrapped and unopened. My wife doesn't use out Vudu account as often as I do, so she most likely wouldn't even notice it was in there so on Christmas it would still be a surprise for her.

How do you add receipts that are more than 7 days old? The web site won't let you submit a receipt with a date more than a week old.

The Walmart app adds it anyway:

Oops! This receipt is older than 7 days so it's not eligible for Savings Catcher. Don't worry, it will still be added to your eReceipts.
However, neither the Web site nor app seem bring up all of my receipts. The web site is showing my 3 most recent (by purchase date), even though I have older ones that show up in the app.

How many days is it supposed to come up? I ordered Sherman&Peabody, Green Lantern, Sherlock Holmes, and Crazy Stupid Love... They were all on the instawatch list on the Walmart.com website.
Original poster here. I still don't have the movies added to my collection via Instawatch.

I opened a ticket, have gone back and forth w/ the Vudu support but so far the movies haven't been added.

Online orders seemed to have stopped working for me. I've ordered a couple that are known to work but nothing. In store works great now though. One step forward and one back it seems. MGM movies seem to work now (jeepers creepers double blu ray worked for me).

A word of caution if you plan on ordering Backdraft on Blu-ray, instawatch gives an SD copy of the movie. After contacting support and they kept asking me to send a picture of the package and the receipt before I received the package since this is instawatch.

I finally got the package in today but, instead of Backdraft on Blu-ray Walmart shipped Big Lebowski on DVD. The packing slip shows Backdraft on blu-ray however the UPC for Backdraft Blu-ray matches the UPC on Big Lebowski DVD. So now I got to deal with Walmart support and since their website is messed up no way am I going to reorder it just to deal with this mess again.
