    Re: Walmart.com and Instawatch

I placed a Site to Store order for Argo Declassified Extended Edition, which had the Instawatch logo. I have a shipping notice, but it won't arrive at the store till the 16th. (Those kind of delays -- in Walmart's home state, no less -- are why I seldom order Site to Store, or from Walmart.com period; but Amazon was OOS till January and only Walmart.com matched their price.) Should I have received an email from Vudu by now, or will I have to wait till it arrives at the store? I'm undecided as to whether or not to submit a support ticket now. (It may be complicated by my owning the theatrical edition already, though Vudu does have a UV "Redeem" button for the extended edition.)

When I ordered "Contraband" site to store, I got the Vudu digital copy almost immediately. It's been a while now so it might have been once it was shipped but it didn't take too long at all. Has it shipped yet?

Walmart has Dredd 3D back in stock. It's gone up a bit in price but still give you the 3D copy on Vudu. They actually sent me 4 emails saying my copy was ready. Of all the Instawatch bugs that's the least annoying to get

And still nothing. Opened a support ticket on it.

How long should one expect to wait before hearing back from support?

They are likely very busy at the moment, so I'm not really complaining, just curious. I made my ticket on Sunday.

I had the same issue with Dredd 3D and all the other ones I just bought. Nothing got added. I called VUDU support and the extremely nice woman helping me escalated the issue. She needed pictures of the movies which I sent over. Seems there definitely still bugs in the system. I'd suggest giving them a ring.

Has anyone had any luck having vudu fix issues with Indiana Jones from black friday and instawatch? My ticket has been open for over a week now with no response or resolution.

I called in. I had to take pictures of stuff and they wanted pictures of the instawatch stickers on the movies, which aren't there of course. However the movies were advertised online as instawatch and as only available in store when you tried to buy them. I sent them pictures of all of this. Waiting to hear back since I've done this.

4 bucks for the blurays is a good deal, but I've avoided buying these movies for a couple years to get them digital when I bought them as well. I don't want just the bluray, I bought it specifically for Instawatch.

I'll update when I hear back. Had to call in to get escalated. You might want to also.

Thanks for the updates. I'm in the same boat just waiting I sent in all my receipts and photos and now I'm waiting for the highest level of support to get back to me. I will update once I hear something back. I've called about three times looking for updates but I'm always told they'll get back to me. I opened my ticket last Friday. Hopefully we all get some good news soon.

I called Vudu, I don't think IW has a number to dial. Though I did contact IW through their email system.

I am having the same problem with IW, submitted Titanic and the 3 Indiana Jones movies (the correct bardcode was scanned). It's been processed through SavingsCatcher, but nothing has shown up on Vudu via InstaWatch and it's been more than 2 days. Vudu CS wants me to submit photos of the receipt and front/back of all 4 movies, but from what I have read online, Vudu CS pretty much never helps you out in these matters.

Has anyone experimented with returning their movies and then re-purchasing them and submitting new receipt info? Maybe it's a glitch that not all of the receipts process through, for whatever reason. I've read some people submitting the exact same movies and it appearing instantly in their Vudu account, so no idea what might be causing this problem...

I've called vudu customer support. The number is 1 (888) 554-8838. Good luck! I still haven't heard anything back from vudu about my open ticket.

If your insistant enough and refuse there we have to wait answers, then you can and will get somewhere with them. I Called last week about Psycho(1960) i bought it via walmart.com instawatch last week and it came over in sd instead of HDX, I did all that they asked and sent them the emails from walmart.com etc. and it just sat all week i called again today and refused to get off the phone till they fixed it. and they did so be persistant. if they give you a specific amount of time then ok, but if they are vague then i think a week is plenty of time. Especially when the name of the feature is INSTAWATCH!!!!!!!
