    Bought Jedi....

I bought Jedi on in UHD on VUDU last night. It would not cast in DV. It would not play at all via casting. I had to use the Vizio app on the display and then it wouldn?t play in DV... only HDR10. It stalled during playback at least 10 times last night. My AppleTV never stalls during playback of UHD titles... ever. This has been going on with this service for well over a year with UHD titles. Jedi hasn?t transferred the digital rights to my MoviesAnywhere account?? Why not? I pay a premium for these UHD titles and I?ve invested a lot in this service since March of 2016. Time to get your act together.

Which is why I?ve switched to iTunes and the AppleTV. I gave VUDU another try last night because they offered the UHD early. No DV yet?s It?s advertised as available in DV. Most of my UHD library purchased on VUDU (80 plus titles) has transferred so I?ve moved on. Sorry to see there is no focus or improvement here. The network stalling is a total deal killer. I repeat, no stalling issues on the AppleTV in UHD.... none in Amazon or Google play either.

I've had this problem with Vudu and the Vizio built-in Vudu app since August of last year (case #170913-000157) but they haven't been able to tell me why it's happening or a solution. The status of my case has been "Waiting for Engineering" during this whole time. I stopped using the Vizio Vudu built-in app for that reason. None of the Vudu or Vizio updates have solved the issue.

MA is experiencing issues at the moment. They are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. We do not have an ETA on when they will fix this.

What about the Chromecast Ultra UHD issue? Still no ETA on a fix?
