Vudu Forum Guidelines

The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
3. "Spam" content, references to other products, advertisements, or other offers

    Has anyone received the $$$ credits for watching Movies On Us deal at the end on Sept. that would total $5..Or when will that be issued? I have yet to receive it after watching 8 MOU's.

        I watched a free "movies on us" in mid to late September "Single White Female" and was supposed to receive a 25 percent off credit. Never received it. And I NEVER received my 3.00 credit for pre-ordering "The First Purge" on 9-17-18. Not sure what is going on with Vudu's service anymore. I've been a member since 2012 and the past year has been terrible. Services issues and now not delivering on promises made. I am not reporting this to customer service either. Any experience I've ever had using that option has always been terrible. In fact, I haven't received an email from Vudu since 9-17-2018. Not the normal.

            I had someone in our marketing department look into this for you. You email was blacklisted due to the several bounce-backs from your email address. This can be due to your ISP, full email inbox, and other factors out of our control. We have re-enabled your email address so you should now receive our emails.

              Can you check my e-mail too? There was a time my domain was unreachable so mail may have bounced back. I haven't received any marketing e-mails for a long time either.

                  Thanks Felipe. I'm receiving email from all other subscriptions and companies. Not sure what's going on. I've had the same email address since 2002. And Vudu has had it since 2012.                               Can you check mine too. I have not received my credits yet for watching several free movies / TV shows the past week and I have a bad feeling my email was blacklisted again. If it was blacklisted can you resend me the $5 credits too. Somehow mine got blacklisted earlier this year, its an @comcast.net email and I had to have someone re-enable back then.
                              If its a common problem that @comcast.net emails get blacklisted can you have your technical team contact Comcast to see if they can remove @vudu.com emails from their filter.
