My library was fine until 9:20 am (Eastern time) this morning.I had just finished watching Instant Family when it and half of my other movies disappeared right in front of my eyes. Several of the movies that are missing, I can do a search for and then watch, but "A Star is Born","Vice", and "On the basis of Sex" have a pop up that says"Movie/TV QR code does not match any title", even when tapping on the movies under the "Explore" tab. Some movies are showing twice in my library.

Update: As of 10:30 am Eastern, all movies are showing in my library again, but the movies I listed still have the same message. Duplicates are gone.

This is still going on 12 hours later, and Vudu has YET to comment on the situation. WTF is going on? When will I have access to ALL my titles?

I haven't tried watching anything but all my content seems to be there. The only oddity is 1 episode of 1 TV series from UV popped into my VUDU account today (Feed the Beast S1E3)

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Things should be back to normal real soon if they haven't already for you all.

Newly purchased movies are not importing from MA into Vudu. Has this been fixed yet?

They all came back Friday morning... Then sometime between 4-5 am it happened again. Since I work nights, having my VUDU library not work during my free time is really obnoxious.

I have several movies and TV shows missing this morning. They weren't missing yesterday. Is this being worked on this morning?

My account had NOTHING wrong with it until this morning when over 1,150+ movies and 150 tv series suddenly disappeared from my VUDU account. After this much time not only should this issue have been fixed, but it shouldn't be happening to new people who weren't initially affected 2-3 days ago. What is going on at VUDU????

UPDATE: Things are continuing to repopulate slowly, but for this to be happening over the course of multiple days is very disconcerting. Also, many movies AND tv shows that have repopulated will not allow me to play them / are giving me a message that says the content cannot be found on VUDU (ex. Masters of Horror S1 HDX, recent SNL seasons, X-Files S11, etc.). This is completely uncalled for. You should never be denied from being able to watch something that you have paid money to own / be able to watch at your own convenience.

2nd UPDATE: Everything APPEARS to now be fixed. It took 1-2 hours for everything to reach that point. Hopefully there aren't a few holdout titles that end up causing problems down the road.

Another in a long list of growing problems encountered by VUDU customers. Speaking of which, when are all the missing UHD titles that other retailers have had for months / years going to be added at Vudu (the METRIC ton of missing Sony UHD titles specifically)? Is anyone at VUDU actively in contact with Sony and other retailers to get this taken care of prior to the 7/31 demise of UV? We want our UHD UV rights to port into VUDU, but no one at VUDU will ever acknowledge that anything is being done to remedy the situation. You are going to alienate / lose a lot of customers if you don't make this happen in time. Only an idiot could possibly believe otherwise. I truly hope some headway is being made.

I feel your pain on this situation...over a month ago I pointed out a number of on going problems that seems to fall on deaf ears and get swept under the rug. Obviously it struck a nerve because the delete police immediately took it down, but I reposted while they were off duty for the masses to view and voice their concerns as well and many did. So look for your post and mine to removed. Now as for the (UHD/UV 7/31) issue...we all pretty much know the fate of those titles when vudu refuses to comment on this situation. I for one find myself purchasing UHD less an less from here these days when other retailers have the same title and/or sale that's offered in a timely manner. People need to wake up because the writing is on the wall especially for those Sony titles with less than 10 being resolved since that January announcement. (8/1 will be a dark day in the streaming realm!)

Just message Sony support for MA codes. Vudu couldn't properly redeem the Spider-Man UHD trilogy, but Sony support was able to correctly add the films for me.

I contacted Sony about this at the end of January and they graciously responded with the willingness to issue new MA codes. That said, I've held out for VUDU to show me SOME kind of movement in adding them here because I want the UHD UV rights to port into the libraries of family members. I'm getting close to throwing in the towel, though.

I can't believe that VUDU hasn't done much of anything with regard to taking care of this and other UV-related problems facing customers. It would create a huge amount of customer buy-in and positive sentiment. Why they WOULDN'T want to actively move on these problems is beyond me. It's a major PR-win just sitting there waiting for them to grab ahold of it.

I still can't stream movies on my account! Every movie I have tried says this title is not available on Vudu. Even though it is in my library!

Is Vudu still working on the missing movie problem? I have a movie in my Vudu transaction history and MoviesAnywhere transaction history but the movie is nowhere to be found in either library.

Additionally, I could swear this Warner Brothers movie was an ultraviolet title when I purchased it on 2/4/2019 but the movie isn't in the myuv.com library. I could be wrong on this part.
