Feature Request: Catalog physical discs so as to see entire collection

It would be nice to be able to catalog movies in our collection that we are not able to convert to digital. When viewing My Movies on Vudu, it would be nice to have entries for physical discs shown with all the digital movies so we can see our entire collection in one place. Then, I would know I just need to put a disc in the player if I want to watch certain titles. I guess this could be easily done now if you optionally allowed the Wishlist titles to be displayed alongside the purchased titles.

The nicest thing about digital is the total elimination of physical media, sounds like a horrible idea.

Not if you got your digital movies only by redeeming the codes that came with the physical media you purchased...

Apparently you have never bought a physical disc. Good for you. But for the rest of us, Disc to Digital is not possible for several titles so this would be useful.

If something I want & have on disc is not available D2D, usually I just put it in my wishlist & wait for a sale and then BUY the title. Out of the hundreds of discs I own, I am down to only a handful that just don't exist on Vudu (Dogma, etc.) I leave these on the shelf, and pretty much know what they are.

To think that Vudu should re-vamp their website & apps just because someone doesn't want to spend more than $2 on a title seems kind of selfish. Besides, we can't even get them to implement basic improvements, like being able to search all of your owned titles.

Ironic that you are railing against a request for something that doesn't fit your particular situation and are calling me selfish.

Asking them to display WishList titles inline with purchased titles is hardly a re-vamp. But yes, I won't dare request something until all your issues are fixed. In fact, I will just be quiet and re-buy the 16 Disney titles that aren't eligible for D2D. I'm sure they will all be on sale soon...
