FelipeF Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (Season 5 Part 2) was added today to VUDU (new release), this marks the end of the original Sailor Moon series. Can you please check with the studio that released this about adding the other seasons? As mentioned, they are available at all retailers who sell VIZ Media content, but are missing at VUDU since the studio didn't sell content at VUDU until this year. I really appreciate the content you've looked into acquiring for us.

With the new volume coming out next week, I really wish we could get an update on Sailor Moon seasons. I feel like VUDU should let it's users know if they have no plans to add the earlier seasons, so we know not to buy the new volume coming out this next week here. I hate having incomplete shows, and this is one which the studio has HD transfers ready and available for all seasons at all competitors that sell their content.

FelipeF Has VUDU requested the earlier seasons of Sailor Moon from VIZ Media? I see VUDU added the complete series of Death Note from VIZ Media today.

Yeah, I've been in contact with the studio regarding this. VUDU added earlier seasons of Naruto today, hopefully Sailor Moon isn't too far off.

FelipeF VIZ will be adding Sailor Moon Sailor Stars Part 2 to digital retailers in the upcoming weeks, can you please see if the studio would be able to add the earlier seasons released prior to selling content at VUDU? The movies and seasons are available at all competitors, but I would really like to own them here too, and not just season 5 parts 1 and 2 (part 2 that will be added soon).

FelipeF, I contacted the studio and they said VUDU can request the earlier HD seasons and movies of Sailor Moon from them, can this be looked into? I own them on Amazon and iTunes, but I would actually pay 39.99 per volume all over again to own them on VUDU.

VUDU, any chance you can acquire earlier seasons of shows now available for purchase by VIZ media on VUDU? Sailor Moon etc would be awesome to have earlier seasons, as they are readily available at competitors through the studio. Sailor Moon: Crystal would be awesome too, as it's also sold at competitors by VIZ media, just happened to come out sooner than when they started selling content on VUDU.

I would like to own the full seasons as well (I own them on Amazon, but much prefer VUDU), since VIZ recently started selling content at VUDU, I would hope VUDU would try to get the previous seasons of Sailor Moon, and the films from the studio. I'd happily buy them all, and I know others who would as well.

I have been waiting to purchase Sailor Moon digitally. I own all of the released seasons on physical copy but would love to access to them on my phone. Other services like google play and amazon have the those other seasons. I am hoping Vudu will sometime soon as well because that is where the majority of my digital collection gets redeemed. Does anybody know if they will get the additional seasons and movies? I would prefer to keep my tv series and movies together.

started a topic VIZ Media Content

    VIZ Media Content

It seems VUDU has a recent relationship with VIZ media, as we've seen additions of anime content such as the latest releases of Sailor Moon and Naruto become available for purchase on the same day as competitors. Will VUDU be able to acquire older seasons now that we've seen the latest seasons released, I purchased Sailor Moon Season 5 Volume 1, but it would be nice to see the other seasons made available for purchase here like they are at iTunes, etc. Also, the movies would be great additions, as they have also been released at competitors in HD. It would be nice to see Pokemon content as well, as they distribute those as well.

Hopefully we see these added soon, even though they are expensive, I would buy them all.
Working...
