Star Trek (2009) - Extras exist, but are not attached to the film

Vudu has extras for Star Trek (2009) but they aren't associated with the movie. You can find them via search, but cannot play them even if you own the film.

Star Trek: Select Featurettes - 87 minutes

Star Trek: Deleted Scenes - 14 minutes

Star Trek: Gag Reel - 6 minutes

Is there any way to get these associated with the film, like the extras for Star Trek: Beyond?

FelipeF JohnA Is this a possibility? Or are the rights for these extras separate from the movies? Any chance one of you could make a request to the studio since you already have the encodes on hand?

These ARE part of a bundle. If you bought the digital bundle, or redeemed selected digital bundles then you own and have access to these items.

      For example:

The three you mentioned are inside the bundle. Likely similar to you I own all three films and it shows as much in the bundle but I have no access to the extras inside the bundle or separately where searching as you did.

The bundle shows that I can buy the bundle, even though I already own all the films which just gets me the bonus extras. There is also a D+D option that gives the disc + the bonus material (in my case) but it's only available in BD.

This is bonus extras from the original movies which can also be found by searching but not bought. However since I bought the bundles for original star trek as well as next generation films (in bundles) I do have access to play these bonus extras directly from inside the bundle, or when searching for it itself.

This content is given when you buy multiple movies at the same time I can't see Vudu tying it to one movie or allowing free access even if you've bought all the movies separately

Sadness here is the bundle can't be bought in UHD, even though all the movies are available in UHD streaming..

Ah, I didn't realize these were bundled only with a digital purchase on Vudu. It seemed like an error since most movies (including Star Trek Beyond) have the extras attached as part of the movie and not as separate incentives to purchase a digital copy.

On the upside, the physical discs do have the extras. Just means getting up off the couch.
