    SpiderMan: Far From Home UHD Disc + Digital Shipping?

    My SpiderMan:FFH UHD disc seems stuck in 'Processing' status. Anyway else having this issue? Usually by now it has shipped and would be delivering tomorrow.

        Is that who we call? I understand they fulfill the order, but whose system is it stuck in I wonder?

          I called Walmart and they just transferred me back to Vudu. No one really knows. I don't think I'll be purchasing much D+D in the future.

            I have purchased quite a bit D+D from VUDU, but lately it has been problematic. Not sure what has changed.

              I am having the same issues here. Called up vudu and they gave me a order number to give to fedex. Like really? Never had any issues before ordering D+D.

                    The lack of communication on this issue from VUDU is disconcerting. I put in a support ticket yesterday and have heard nothing to this point. I may just go pick it up from Best Buy and call it a day. If and when I ever get it from VUDU I'll just sell it.

                      When I spoke with Vudu today about this one they told me that it wasn't Walmart or Vudu that is shipping the disc. It's the "Fulfillment Center" (whatever that means). I told him that is wa unlikely to buy and Disc + digital titles again in the future. He submitted a support ticket to higher level in order to cancel.

                        Nope. It was an Walmart order. Walmart didnt help since the account was closed so they couldn't pull up any info...



                        Called them up again. Got another run around saying that Walmart hasn't gotten the movie in to ship yet. And the information that I was given by the other rep was for something else. SMH.

                        Def will not be purchasing D+D anymore.

                            I tried. I was told all Disc + Digital purchases were final. No refunds at all. I'm thinking doing a chargeback with paypal since I haven't received my purchase.
