Well, I think there are a few things going on here that makes the "Daniel Craig Collection" a bit different. First and foremost, the most significant difference with this collection compared to other releases, is that the "Daniel Craig Collection" was limited to one retailer, which was Vudu. Usually, the various retailers would use responses such as "records indicate you redeemed your code at XXXX, so you need to contact them for assistance." Well, as said, Vudu is the ONLY retailer so there is more clarity in this case than with normal issues. Also, since October 21, 2019, and contained within this thread, there was somewhere between 40 and 50 requests for Vudu to respond as to why this collection was not redeeming at the UHD level. There are a number of members who had reached out to Fox Customer Care for assistance, and then forwarded the information Fox provided and posted it to this thread. Fox has been clear in their responses that the issue with the UHD redemption is not on their end but it is with Vudu. In addition, looking at the actual physical disk collection, there is a blu ray case that contains all 4 movies at the blu ray level, and in that case, there is a digital redemption sheet (M136400EUV) for blu ray digital redemptions. Also there is a black 4K UltraHD case that contains all 4 movies at the UHD 4K level, and in that case, there is a digital redemption sheet (M136381EUV) for UHD 4K digital redemptions. There are a number of members that have brought up the fact there are two distinct digital redemption sheets contained in this collection and it is obvious that one was for a blu ray redemption, and the other one was for UHD 4K redemption. Lastly, all 4 movies in this collection have now been released as individual UHD 4K disk sets, and Vudu redeems all 4 of the individual movies at the UHD 4K level. On day 126 of this thread, Vudu responded by stating "Studio is only allowing HDX redemptions for this collection." While that statement seems to conflict with the numerous responses from Fox Customer Care, the only absolute is that 168 days after this collection became available for purchase, those who purchased this 4K UHD collection continue to only receive these movies at the HDX level, even with the 4K UHD digital files being available.

I was told by their support months ago to go ahead and redeem the code and if it did not redeem in UHD that they would take care of it. It got escalates to next level tech support team, but I never heard back. Gave them months, it remains open and radio silence. I finally got tired of waiting and asked them for status in a fairly adamant but polite way. This is on them for my situation since it's right in the support ticket that their CS directed me to consume my code.

The single retail skus are redeeming fine and all the movie files are in place. Please take on this mission!
They have told me the same thing.

Fingers crossed all this operational downtime is gonna help them fix this already...been sitting on this code for so long.

Doubly frustrating that this is technically a Fox code, but since it's MGM, it's not MA.

Still waiting. Need an answer. "What the studio wants" is not the answer. I can't believe that we still spend money here, but Vudu is my preferred provider. Too lazy to change now.

This was the first week of January's response from Fox Customer Care.....

    Dear Michael,

Thank you for your email. As previously mentioned, VUDU is in the process of setting of their UHD redemptions for your James Bond: The Daniel Craig Collection (4 Film Bundle). Please note we cannot offer individual upgrade's for this bundle. If in the future when the UHD version is available on VUDU you do not have access to this version please contact us for further assistance. Please hold to on to your original insert as well as the product packaging (UPC) as images will be required if the correct version is not added automatically when available.

    Thank you,
    Fox Customer Care

FelipeF Please see above. Fox IS allowing UHD for this set, i's vudu that needs to add it. There are two slips in this set, one for HD and the other for UHD. Please have your IT folks get this added for us.

I also just contacted Fox Customer Care and they told me that the UHD codes should redeem as UHD once Vudu has the Daniel Craig collection available in UHD. Currently this collection is only available in up to HDX quality.

    400 UHD
    763 HDX
    3 SD
