FYI I contacted support again via email (responding to the original ticket that they never answered) and within 20 minutes had a reply that my collection was upgraded to the proper UHD. If you have previously claimed your code to only HDX, open a ticket and they should be able to resolve it for you with proper proof of purchase.

In the meantime, the problem could be solved by either Vudu adding a direct connection to iTunes or Vudu adding HDR playback to their mobile app.

    How about both, please?

definitely sucks that they don't port thru to MA, just another downside to using MA. For me it was important because i'm having problems playing these discs in my Oppo. CR played just fine, but I can't get QoS to play.

Unfortunately, because these movies, for some reason, aren't listed on Movies Anywhere, my Vudu redemption doesn't carry over to Movies Anywhere which would, in turn, carry over to iTunes, allowing me to watch in HDR on my HDR-capable phone.

Of course, I can't watch in HDR on the Vudu app, either, because it still doesn't support it.

*sigh* One of these years, this stuff will all work.
Yes, hopefully in the future MGM will join Movies Anywhere and your Bond films will port. Unfortunately the only Bond films at the moment with HDR is the Daniel Craig films. There are no masters from MGM with HDR at this point for any of the other films in the catalog - they are 4k res only.

Even with the collection now being available in UHD, the UHD code still only redeems HDX. FelipeF can you please look into this again. Thank you.

I believe it is not safe. I read a comment on blu-ray dot com and they stated it still redeemed hdx. SMH

I see many of the classic 007 films were upgraded to uhd level today. That's great news. I hope alongside that this redemption issue can now be fixed.
