    Back to the Future trilogy

The Back to the Future trilogy has a physical 4K release on this upcoming Tuesday. Vudu recently enabled each movie in 4K (thank you). Can you please add the 4K bundle, just in case the set only has 1 code for the entire trilogy? I prefer to redeem on Vudu; as opposed to MA, and I have a set in the mail. This seems to be our biggest disconnect as of late. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

FelipeF I hope you and your family are doing well during these difficult times. Thank you to you and Vudu for getting the Back to the Future Trilogy added in 4K. The recent 4K Blu-ray release includes a single code that redeems all 3 movies in 4K. This code redeems on Movies Anywhere in 4K but is not redeemable on Vudu in 4K because Vudu is only offering the trilogy in 4K. Can you see if Universal will allow Vudu to offer the trilogy of Back to the Future in 4K and then have the redemption of the code redeem in 4k? Thank you. Stay safe and take care.

Would also appreciate specifically the trilogy bundle in 4k very much, thank you.

I cannot be surprised the Vudu would try to screw customers over by making the individual titles 4K and not the trilogy bundle.

the code with the 4K set is redeeming HDX. This better be a mistake, or the studio should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm not sure it's the studio, in this case. I think the code in the set is specifically for the trilogy bundle, which Vudu has not yet updated to 4K.
Did you attempt to redeem here or at Movies Anywhere?

FN has 4K trilogy on sale currently. Vudu has trilogy on sale also but no 4K.

Thank you for this. Can anyone please confirm that the trilogy bundle is porting over to Movies Anywhere in 4k before I pull the trigger on this?

I ask only because MA seems to have the individual films listed but not the bundle, just like Vudu. Thanks!

When porting over, the movies port individually.

Thank you so much, karakala, for the deal...great catch, and Blurayfan for the confirmation!

I can say that the $20 at FandangoNow worked 100% and ported to Vudu, Movies Anywhere, AND the Apple+ app on my Roku TV in 4k!

The 4K disc version is a rip at these prices. Bring returned today and getting the bundle at FandangoNow shortly unless Vudu fixes to include 4K in the bundle and at the same price.

You may not want to return those discs just yet, jeremy. Digging down further, I realize that I did not receive any extras with my purchase, whereas usually in Movies Anywhere, with many movies, you will be pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of full extras, even for movies where Vudu does not include them.

Disappointed by the lack of extras here, sure, but, how could you go wrong for $20 when Vudu is charging $14.99 PER MOVIE, even for those of us who had previously purchased them in HD?

Just bought on FandangoNOW for $11.19. I had a 20% off coupon from them that was still valid (and no major new releases coming) and paid for it with gift cards I stocked up on when they offered for 30% so I bought a few hundred worth for these future purchases.

Sure no extras but for $11 instead of the $45 for the discs I'm happy.

Oddly 2 & 3 show up at top of my recently purchased list. But I did get all of them in 4K.

It looks like UHD Trilogy is showing up as an option at $17.99...

Thank you very much FelipeF and Vudu for adding the Trilogy in 4K. The redeem, however, is HDX. Can you see if you can get that fixed so that the code that comes with the 4K Blu-ray release properly redeems here on Vudu? It would be highly appreciated. Stay safe.
