    Hugely upsetting that I fell for this scam! I saw the sale Vudu was offering on gift cards & bought one for the very first time. They didn’t wait a second before taking my money but I’m supposed to wait & wait for them to tell me how to make it work IF I ever get a response to the email I sent. From reading here I’ll never get it. Luckily I have a bank that will take back the charge. I did buy my gift card on VUDU

    Just bought (2) $25 FandangoNOW gift cards at supermarket & both are being rejected on Vudu.com saying they are invalid. So how are people getting this resolved? Email customer service?

    Every FN gift card I have tried on Vudu has worked so far. It's the Fandango ones that don't work. I have two left that I haven't tried because the Vudu site will only allow up to 3 at a time.

    Hate you guys are having this trouble getting VUDU to accept your FandangoNOW gift cards, it is frustrating. I had the same problems as described here in this forum. Now the cards do have to be FandangoNOW. I had 2 that they said were invalid BUT we’re good on the Fandango website. Long story short I kept sending emails, worrying VUDO customer service, even sent .jpg images of my cards for them to verify them. Finally they relented and sent me a new digital card in the amount of the 2 problem cards, which worked just fine and was added to my account. Yippee, happy me.

    3 days I emailed them without a response, I'll wait a few more until I contact the BBB. In this case they are required to accept them they bought the company name and even advertised they do accept them under website faq, sad company with sad customer service if they're not fixing or responding to this they going to learn the hard way with complaints to the government. But never again will I buy even a vudu card now they've lost my business, and I have close to a thousand movies on various services, rule number one in business you don't screw over customers that are keeping you in business.

    nop, fandangonow cards dont work on vudu regardless what they say, and the customers service wont even respond to email about this issue.. The only solution I found is to buy movies on fandango that are available Movies Anywhere so they port to Vudu but at this point its better to just watch them on Movies Anywhere because it has the best quality of all the streaming services.

    FelipeF Do we have any updates on this? It’s been nearly two months with no word from VUDU. I have FandangoNow (not Fandango) gift cards that show as valid on FandangoNow, but invalid on VUDU. Please advise.

    same here, bought a fandangonow card because im not in the US and VUDU won't accept it...
    the craziest part is I have a 25$ credit on my vudu account that i can't even use since they started blocking non-USA paypal account...
    sent them 2 emails, no response at all.... really? what kind of customers service is that VUDU????

    Still no resolution or response from VUDU? I have a FandangoNow digital gift card that won’t redeem in VUDU but is valid on FandangoNow.com. And what’s the purpose of having to input a ZIP code when redeeming? The gift cards do not have a ZIP Code. If the digital gift card was a gift, it’s anybody’s guess what the ZIP code used to purchase the gift card was. I’m inclined to think it has something to do with this ZIP Code mismatch, since it’s not your billing ZIP Code. Again, why even require a ZIP Code? Makes no sense, and the fact that a FandangoNow digital gift card won’t even work on VUDU is incredibly frustrating.

    I have a bunch of fandango and fandangonow gift cards and tried all of them. Only one was accepted and it was a fandango gift card. I hope it’s resolved soon.
