Vudu Forum Guidelines

The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
3. "Spam" content, references to other products, advertisements, or other offers
4. Spiteful or inflammatory comments about other users or their comments

    I have contacted Vudu several times since the library merger asking for an update to my ticket and why no one has responded to my email requests for updates, and was told that I would not receive a response until they had a resolution. I told them that the lack of response was simply not acceptable, since how am I supposed to know that anyone even received my request.

      But there is no link to take you to open tickets, I can't find the old (or even a new) section on the website for reviewing tickets, and the email didn't state to only replay back to their email.


      How do you check what tickets you have open, and how do you update info on open tickets?
      Apparently, Fandango removed it when they took full reins on Vudu, despite all the promises that "nothing would change" on Vudu.

        I don't have a secondary Vudu account.

        Also, now after I sign in (via Walmart) there's an orange dot next to my account.

        When I click on my account I see these fields as blanks, and I can't change them (save changes to them):

        "Full name*
        Edit
        Password*
        No Password* available
        Edit
        Email address*
        No Email address* available"

        How do I open a support ticket to get all these issues fixed?

        Since I never got a reply to email sent months ago about my problems merging FN & Vudu accounts.
