    Missing purchased movies

My John Wick2 and 3 are missing from my list. Both have disappeared from my list of movies that I have purchased. Where have they gone?

Have you verified on multiple systems. Or is it missing from your Roku but maybe it’s there on the website.

You need to be more specifics as to what your using and seeing the issue and if you’ve tried to narrow down the problem.

FYI all my Wick UHD movies are still showing and playing so it’s not something that was pulled.

Hopefully you didn't obtain these by InstaWatch a few years ago. I know they took one of my John Wick movies away then.

I just wasted 2 hours on chat and submitting tickets to Support for missing movie. Vudu has a problem, I purchased on Vudu Happy Potter (the complete collection) twice. Once in HDX and then in UHD. I have all the Volumes except Volume 2. It shows that I need to purchase if I want to watch. So I guess I bought the incomplete collection. Support/Customer Service can not correct even this condition. So to all the Senior Members who are providing explanations as to why this is occurring, look how many members are complaining and then explain the half collection to me.

Did you connect your Vudu account to Movies Anywhere? If so, do all the movies from Harry Potter appear there in you library?

Good point. I should disconnect my MA account from
              Vudu and then reconnect.

Seems like there are often disconnects or missing movies that reappear when you do disconnect and then reconnect.

If I recall correctly back when the 4k code was somewhat new it was a bit wonky when it was redeemed. The issue may have been when redeemed on Vudu specifically. I think instead of giving the second movie in uhd it gave the second movie Extended version in hdx. This was back in the ultraviolet days.

And again if I recall correctly I had to contact Warner brothers and they were able to fix it in the uv system.

You can try to contact Warner Brothers but since uv is gone for so long not sure what they will be able to do.

Actually FelipeF is the employee who works the most in the forum. And most often provides support to us here. Considering I've seen your same posting in multiple threads, it's possible that FelipeF deleted some of your posts as a duplicate because it is about the same issue.

I have seen many posts that were highly critical of this company’s customer service get deleted, and I recently had a thread closed by a moderator even though the issue still hasn’t been resolved (Aliens SE not playing in the FAH app on Apple TV devices).

                      Totally understand your point.

My reply was not to defend the forum or to state there wasn't merit to the comments.

In this case I only wanted to point out that FelipeF has been helpful. And that there had been multiple posts in multiple threads about the same issue.
