Problem with D2D on Beta Accounts?

A few weeks ago my D2D stopped working suddenly. I didn't change anything. When I got to check out it says “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” I talked to a large group of my friends who are digital collectors and the same thing happened to a group of them as well. But it's only happening to those of us who were beta testers for the lists? Could this be related in any way? FelipeF any information on this? Can you have someone take a look and see please?

Same here. I am in the beta program and this is not working for me either. I placed a ticket and haven't heard anything for awhile.

I've been having problems with an 'unexpected error' when trying to m2d and think this explains it, I was in the List era beta trial also. This is disappointing, please fix.

I was in a beta months ago, and I'm now having the same error starting today. Last time I was able to M2D was May 14th.

Any confirmation this is being looked into? I contacted support awhile ago and I have heard nothing back.

I have no idea what a beta account is or how I could've been one but my d2d has been doing the same thing for almost two weeks now. Three separate chats with support so far and no help.

You would have got an email from Vudu more than likely to download the new (at the time) beta app for Android or Apple (for me it was Android). Not sure what the beta was to test, but I joined it months ago, and was still able to M2D afterwards, so I'm not sure if that's my issue or not. It's so confusing at this point, with no one helping any of us.
