The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Are any Fandango At Home employees still active in these forums?

    It's been pretty quiet in here lately. Can any Fandango At Home employee confirm that this forum is still being monitored. I really don't want to have to reach out to the studios (pain in the butt due to ignorance). We were always able to get a lot accomplished in this forum. And yes, I have no patience - but, starting to lose some confidence that our best interests aren't being acknowledged or cared about. Bottomline, we are the customers that not only redeem codes, but also purchase a ton direct.

          While I certainly mean no disrespect towards the problems some people are having, I think that putting down the forum would be a mistake.

          This forum is a very valuable asset for us customers in any case. At the very least, we can connect with each other to discuss issues. Additionally, my instinct is that these forums ARE monitored but the employees are very selective in what they respond to.

          Having worked in software companies for many decades including some brief time in tech support many decades ago (although never for any streaming company), the employees do their best to help the customers and DO try to keep up with as many issues as possible, but resources are often stretched extremely thin so there may be times when the employees would not be able to address more than the priorities assigned by their managers. Responding to every post on the forums seems to me would be something they would probably very much like to do but doubtful to have enough resources to be able to do. Further, they may be restricted in the kind of posts they can respond to (or feel comfortable responding to) due to their management.

          This forum is one of the few out there that actually works right and I'm very grateful for it. It is one of the strengths of Vudu/FaH. There are MANY other forums these days (or social media sites) that are ridiculously poor total garbage implementations (including some of the most well-known ones) and so I am very grateful for those that ARE actually implemented correctly like this one.

            Felipe was active on August 21, as he responded to my post in the Help section, and passed along the info and the listing got fixed, so I would say he's still here, but he can only do so much.
