The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Some of you are like the people who keep calling the power company to report an outage when you can clearly see the repair truck is working on the pole next door, and the whole neighboorhood is without power. The problem is known. It's being worked on. Give it a rest. Sheeshh.

      Actually, myUV has stated the issue has been fixed per my support ticket. The missing titles appear to be ones I converted through Vudu's D2D program a few years ago.

            my movies have all returned to my library, the titles have at least, but anything that my friends or family added or bought I can watch for 5 minutes before an error pops up saying Ultraviolet account needed whatever. So it's like the movies are there but aren't there. This going on for anybody else?

              All my UV movies are now back 6000+ still missing my DMA movies though still waiting on my ticket to be responded to on that problem.

                    I just watched 15 minutes of Batman Begins in HDX, streamed to my Windows 10 laptop, and it worked fine.

                        Yes, I'm having the same issue. After about four minutes of play, this message pops up:

                        "Ultraviolet account required. Unable to start playback. Please try again later, or contact Vudu customer care for help."

                          Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I will post on here as soon as mine is. Anyone hear any updates?

                            mine is doing it on movies i got via D2D. i called vudu and they blamed UV

                              i think it's UV's who is at fault when they did this update. but both of them keep passing the buck to each other. My titles reappeared, but I can't watch what I want because my friend bought them under their vudu account. Everything is so messed up. Im a very unhappy digital customer.

                                I think all of mine have returned. I'll have to take some time this weekend and check fully to make sure. It seemed though all mine that were effected were from D2D too.
