    Re: Office Christmas Party Unrated needs to have UV rights added.

    I have to agree - it makes no sense for Paramount to go to the trouble of establishing UV rights for both versions of the title, and then to deliver to your UV locker both UV licenses for the title ... but then not give providers the UV rights to show the films.

    I redeemed at Paramount, got two UV licenses, and have contacted their help department for some explanation of why they do not give VUDU and FandangoNow the ability to show the UV-eligible and licensed title (Unrated).

    Someone appears to be asleep at the switch. As a consumer, this is 100% frustrating. iTunes has no problem delivering both versions with a single redemption. UV rights are in place. I will report back on any response i get from Paramount.

    {also frustrating - not getting a UHD UV license from a UHD/4K digital code}

    Don't know how providers and studios think this is a way to treat their customers, with this level of confusion and inconsistency.

      I redeemed this directly on Paramount. Despite both rated and unrated showing in my UV library only the rated version is showing as owned on Cinemanow.

      So despite having the UV license for the unrated there doesn't appear to be anywhere that it can actually be watched.

        Not exactly true.

        I was able to watch both the rated and unrated versions on Paramount's own streaming service with my computer.

        But I don't know of any other place it works.

          Unfortunately iTunes is still superior when it comes to providing multiple versions of a film within one purchase/redemption. Hopefully Vudu and other digital retailers take note on how to properly implement this in the future.

            What I found interesting with this release too not just that we get both versions when redeeming at Paramount, but no where else; the real interesting this was that Vudu doesn't even let you buy the UHD version without buying the "bundle". Usually HDX and UHD versions that can bought separate.
