Bundled Movies Not Showing When Using Filters! Why?

This has been a problem for years!

Whenever I use a genre filter any movies that are in a bundle don't show up in the filtered list, I think it's because bundles don't seem to have a genre designation. This error renders such filters useless/pointless since many movies simply go missing in a filtered list. Vudu can you please add genre designations to your bundles so that they don't disappear when we use genre filters?

I don't like bundles showing up as bundles period. I'd prefer if the contents were just listed separately, especially when the bundled items aren't alphabetical. Plus, a lot of bundles in my library at least don't have pictures, which looks super tacky to me.

If bundles showed as individual movies that would fix the genre filtering issue, so I'm all for unbundling. Though I'm not sure if unbundling is up to Vudu. Now when I see a good deal on a bundle I tend to pass on it because of the genre filtering issue.

There are problems with breaking apart bundles as well. There are lots of times you have a single movie that is a bundle and inside that bundle is a bunch of extras, Sometimes a dozen or more. Likewise you have things like Deadpool where they put the extended version in the bundle with the extras instead of as a separate title. This also means you can search for the extended version as it's not sold or redeemable by itself.

Before UA went down I combined a few accounts. Doing this caused the bundled to be unbundled. Now I have over 100 titles that are actually extras but appear with all the main movies.

I have a somewhat different problem. I've upgraded individual movies to 4K that are in bundles when available, now I have multiples of the same movies and their bundles. It's a mess!

I'm thinking of telling Vudu to delete the bundles if I have upgraded those movies individually. But I'm not confident Vudu would not mess up and simply delete all those movies that were formerly part a bundle. Urg!

Some its because the bundles aren't properly labeled. Many are missing dates or genres. But also the filters are just broken and have been for years. Filtering for "Kids & Family" only shows me having ~200 titles. But filtering by rating for "FAM and below" has over 900 titles. I opened a support ticket with examples of titles that aren't show but list "Kids & Family" as one of there genres. Over provided details including content IDs, images, and multiple examples. After weeks and weeks I got a generic response and the case was closed. I ended up just making lists for important things.
