      I suggest this literally every time I speak on the phone with a CSR. I'm always told "it's being considered".

        I am confident that Team Vudu has many incredible service enhancements coming in the near future. We all have to keep in mind that The Vudu Crew don't just work for the company, they use the service as well, just like we do.

        If we can dream up improvements we want, you can bet Team Vudu want the same things we do... and more!

              My UV code from the 3D edition of Hotel Transylvania have me the option to select the 3D or 2D edition. I redeemed my code here at Vudu - not at Sony. Sony reportedly will ONLY give you the 2D version even if you redeem a 3D UV code.

              I went for the 3D HDX file. I can enjoy it on my 55-inch LG 3D cinema display!

              ==========

              Seven Psychopaths = HDX redeemed at Vudu
              Paranormal Activity 4 = HDX redeemed at Vudu

              ==========

              I am a sucker for the Madagascar franchise so I purchased "Madly Madagascar" in HDX here on Vudu for $12.99. It's great Valnetine's Day feature, but the rest of the content contains the previously release Madagascar CHRISTMAS holiday specials!!!!!

                Anybody have any luck redeeming their UV code for BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, PART 2?

                I've keyed that code in at least four times now on Flixster and each time, it says the movie is being added to my collection but nothing has shown up in Flixster or in my UV locker.

                haha And, of course, after I post this, it appears in my UV locker.

                It only took 90 minutes!

                Redeemed in SD and HD in my UV locker... HDX on Vudu.

                  I could only find the dvd and it had a vudu copy instead of uv on it.

                    This is a common glitch I've experienced. In fact this error has occurred every time I've redeemed via Flixster. So yes, the website will 'freeze' or an error message will appear. However, within a few seconds it will have been added to your Vudu account. No need to wait 90 minutes, your moves should have in been in Vudu there the whole time.

                      So true.

                      Flixster needs a FIXster. It seems broken in so many ways.

                        haha There was no freezing or any error messages. I got the message where it says the movie has been added to my collection on every try.

                        To be clear, I did not try four times at once. All told, it took at least 90 minutes for the movie to finally appear in my UV locker.

                        I definitely agree, though... something is broken on that website.

                          Yup and their support loves to play the blame game on everything but their website. I've been told to try different browsers, contact the manufacturer, and check my network settings. Its been like that for me for almost two years. Never redeem through flixster unless it is the only option.

                            At Wal-Mart tonight both the DVD and Blu-Ray had NO digital or VUDU stickers or printing on the box. Nothing.
