Season 1 and 2 are DVD only, so probably SD. I have Season 1 and it was SD. Wonder why they never were released on blu ray?

I tried to redeem via VUDU since I saw someone else post that they got HDX via VUDU for Season 1, but no such luck for Season 2.

The code from the DVD, yes DVD, also redeems HDX via VUDU.

Tried to redeem mine through Vudu and got an error message. Tried to redeem through Flixster and it said code already used (I just opened my copy so it must have been when it erred in Vudu). I connected to Flixster chat and he manually added it for me and I got HDX. Not sure if that is what the code gives or if it was a mistake on the chat support's part.

Re: Current UV Copies what format SD or HD

I traded for these codes so I was not sure if they came from the DVD or blu ray. I used Vudu for all of them.

                    Skyfall - HDX
Here Comes the Boom - HDX
                    The Impossible - SD
                    Zero Dark Thirty - SD
                    Looper - SD
                    End of Watch - HDX

Wish they all came out as HDX.

Question - If I used Flixster instead, would I have received the same result?

Those SD ones are probably from codes that came from the DVD version. I redeemed codes from the Blu-rays of ZDT and Looper and they redeemed as HDX on Vudu.

My code came in at SD too. Is there even a Blu-ray version of suits season 2?

Pitch Black: HDX + HD Itunes and Amazon
Chronicles of Ridick: HDX + HD Itunes no Amazon offered for this one.
Serenity: HDX + HD on Amazon (though they don't give you enough credit so it will cost you $2.50) but still SD on Itunes.
I've noticed something about Pitch Black...The only thing you can redeem the code for is the Unrated version and not the Theatrical version. Here are the links for both movies:

Unrated: http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...-Black-Unrated (Notice the Redeem button)
Theatrical: http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...ack-Theatrical (Notice the lack of a Redeem button)

Also notice that the Unrated version is only available to own in SD.

I type all that garbage just to ask this question: Did you get the Theatrical version or the Unrated version in HDX?

Re: Current UV Copies what format SD or HD

Universal reactivated a bunch of my old UV/DC codes that were used already. I tried around 20 or so codes and about half of them were reactivated (For UV only). 3 codes that I had that previously gave me SD now gave me HDX.

The Change Up-Unrated (through Vudu) HDX
Smokey and the Bandit (through Vudu) HDX
The Blues Brothers-Theatrical (through Vudu) HDX

The rest I did not test because I already d2d'd them.
