    CinemaNow fixed my rental expired issue within 24 hours of reporting it. I do however still have library issues, duplicate listings, multiple movies that are in my UltraViolet account and are available on CinemaNow are not listed. Also the iphone app only shows two movies currently, one the the website library is missing and the app errors out trying to play the content.

      Must have fixed this issue for all. My "Rental Expried" is gone also. Duplicates! I wish. I got Tripicates on many UV movies.

          Mine updated also, and the rental expired is fixed. However it says I have (512) films and it's mostly because of duplicates/triplicates. I really only have a little more then 200 films in my UltraViolet locker.

            Keep refreshing page and dups will go. I started out with 250 movies but I only own 131.

              Refreshing the page also corrects my library extra listings. That is until the page is refreshed again and the list will update with the extra titles once more.

                Does it take a long time for page refreshes? It seems it takes a really long time for the library to load, probably due to having so many films. Almost like a spinning wheel of death until it eventually pops up!

                Edit: Since the page loaded the first time, I've not yet gotten to load again even after trying multiple refreshes and browsers. I just sit at the spinning wheel of death... I give it ample time to load the page..

                  They told me to use google chrome. If your using explorer it probably won't work until they get a fix. I couldn't connect any devices, redeem any codes or buy anything with explorer. I was able to do all 3 with google chrome.

                      Still having the same issue, and I had tried Chrome/Internet Explorer. Don't have any other browsers available to me at the present time.

                          Never been to the CinemaNow site before today. I went there and logged in with my BB username and pw and then linked my UV account (which kept seeming to stall on their 'spinning wheel' indicator). When I did a refresh the site wouldn't even fully load so I left and started out from scratch by logging in and my account showed most of my movies, but showed each title 2 or 3 times. I logged out again and now get 37 titles with no dupes (as opposed to 47 on Vudu [46 movies, 1 TV]) and stays consistent with multiple re-login's.

                          Seems all over the map as far as if the movie is "HD Available" or not. Some stuff that redeemed in SD on Vudu shows HD Available and some HDX stuff on Vudu doesn't show HD Available on CN.

                          Tried the iPhone app on my iPhone and iPod and am able to login, but the app just says 'loading library' for awhile and eventually I just have a blank screen with a Cinema Now header and setting button at the top, no movies show.

                            So after unlinking and relinking my CinemaNow account, was I then able to load my library. Also my number of films has gone from 500+ to 200+, still some dupes but much better.

                            I'm looking forward to when all the kinks are worked out!

                              I can't even log in.

                              I put in my username and PW and it just reloads the same page (as if I was signed out).

                              It's like an endless loop that takes me nowhere.

                              I'll bet the entire Vudu staff is getting boners from hearing about all of the problems with CinemaNo.

                                I am still having problems too. I ca not load my library at all. It looks like the website is having some major problems. I got an email from them today saying that they did an Ultraviolet backend update but it did not fix any of my problems at all. I did a chat with the customer service rep and was told that maybe my UV library was too big because I have 608 movies but that does not make any sense to me at all because it loads smooth like butter on Vudu.
