Ok, that's REALLY curious. It was discussed recently. It's not available in HD anywhere. Not Blu-Ray, Amazon Streaming, iTunes, etc.

Now the funny part. it WASN'T on D2D. Now IT IS on the D2D list.

Well, if you type True Lies into a 'Watch Movies' search on the Vudu web site, it doesn't come up.

However, I'm watching it right now streaming from my LG, and it looks really good. Good picture quality, correct aspect ratio, 5.1 sound, and only $2.50 for the DVD upgrade.

More surprises like this please Vudu!

            Machete

(Sorry to say Walter not in Latin - have been assiduously i.e. assiduus, avoiding my more than passing acquaintance with that language since, 1972, along with a few others )

Could not find any of the other Mel Brooks, Twelve Chairs & such. High Anxiety and Robin Hood Men in Tights were already in the D2D column.

I am hoping that FattyMoBookyButt does the updated list, please oh master of the lists. Your humble public is inquiring

Nice find. I didn't try any non-Fox titles that weren't working previously. My Blazing Saddles blu-ray came-up as a DVD though...

Guess we should expect some bugs along with the good news.

Re: Direct-to-Digital list and other utilities (Error Tracker, Redemption Log)

My Blazing Saddles was a Blu Ray recognized as a DVD as well, sigh..... worth the $5.00 to convert, no worries.

I could complain, but not worth the energy or aggravation to make scanned copies of the Blu Ray box, UPC, etc.... VUDU was very generous with the rebate at the start of the public "beta" VUDUToGo program for D2D already converted, I think that I can afford to let loose of the $3.00 over the Blu Ray cost of conversion to HDX.

I just got it using the Unrated Extended Cut Blu-ray. I'd converted this same disc a couple weeks ago, and it gave me the Theatrical Cut. Now it comes up as the Extended Cut.

As before with others. Convert to SD. Email Vudu they will cover to HD at no charge. Often in 10 the last three times I did it this month !

They don't even ask for a scan of anything. The D2D cart shows that the program confirmed it was a Blu-Ray but that just redeemed for DVD quality. IE it's shows both. In either case It takes me 2 min to use the camera on my iPhone to snap pic of the disc and attach to email and sent to email.

Since I do a batch in a cart at a time I usually have 2-3 it's even easier and more cost effective.

Duly noted for the next time, there have been others, but I have already done the deed on this one and choose to pay the $5.00.

My biggest problem really, is that the Blu Ray drive on my computer is wonky. If the Blu Ray has Pocket Blu, or other "bonus" features, the silly drive will not recognize that there is even a disc in the drive. So I have been forced to make the trek to WalMart more often than not with all of the discs that the miserable drive will not recognize. Yes I know most likely a driver problem or software problem, but try to find the update. Good Luck, Not. Time to spring for a more compatible drive, but I just got this one not even 2 years ago. Gotta love technology, it is no longer supported.

This makes doing batches a (fill in the blank ), impossible.

Out of 4 new ones that I tried:

                        The Passion of the Christ
                        X-2 United
                        Stargate
                        Man on Fire

Only one (Stargate) worked using the Vudu2Go application.

That's strange. Were you using DVD or Blu-ray?

For me, I was 3 for 3: The Passion of the Christ (DVD), Stargate (Blu-ray), and Man on Fire (Blu-ray) today.

Went through my list. In addition to ones noted already, I only found:

                              Blazing Saddles

Sadly, it thinks my Blu-ray disc is a DVD, and there's no way to report.
