...about how long does it take after you report a title that it can't read to be added.

The report I generate comes directly from VUDU's website lookup form. Which I would think means that the titles are already live and available for conversion by the time we see 'em.

I still need the "Look Who's Talking" HDX to be recognized so I can get the 50% discount.

What are you trying to do?

1. Convert a DVD and upgrade to HDX, but it's not providing the option for HDX within the Disc-to-Digital app?
   In this case I'd contact VUDU about it so they can fix it or remove the HDX option for the title in their listings.
2. Convert a Blu-ray disc to HDX?
   This isn't available as an option right now, only DVD conversion are listed for this title.

EDIT: Wow, I totally misread the post and went the other direction. "You report" not equal to "my report"...now the question totally makes sense whereas earlier I was completely confused. ggftw.

Since I am new to the forum & D2D home conversion about how long does it take after you report a title that it can't read to be added.

There is no way to tell how long it will be before an incorrect disc to digital read will be fixed. They are sometimes fixed in batches once a month, other times it takes longer, some from early this year are not fixed yet.

This specific issue has been fixed, but Star Trek: The Next Generation Motion Picture Collection (First Contact/Generations /Insurrection/Nemesis) Blu-Ray set has the same issue.

"Star Trek: Generations,"
"Star Trek: Nemesis,"
and "Star Trek: Insurrection"

all incorrectly identify as "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home."

"Star Trek: Generations" has been corrected. "Star Trek: Nemesis" and "Star Trek: Insurrection" are still reading as "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home" as of 12/13/2013.

I know. So stupid. They go through the trouble of getting a new master from WB for the site and then you can't use it and you can't buy it.

Unfortunately, I need 3 other movies fixed to get to 10 for the discount.

Superman: The Movie blu-ray worked for me on Vudu to Go. Are you trying to convert BD or DVD?

The original release works. The disc from the Superman boxed set does not.

The original release works. The disc from the Superman boxed set does not.

I was trying to do the conversion from the boxed set. I had the original but sold it because I didn't want 2 copies of the same movie, oh well.

Finally went to Walmart and did the conversion there.

Wrong thread -- this is for tracking new releases in D2D. Corrections should go in the "In Home D2D Bugs" thread. Don't waste your error reports by posting them where they won't be seen by people who can fix them!

This is happening a lot. I think these mistakes would decrease significantly if the words "Error Tracker" are taking out of the title of the thread. I'm sure this is the primary reason people keep mistaking this thread for one to report their disc conversion errors.
