You're absolutely right. I got my horse movies confused. Seabiscuit is what I was looking for. Damn Disney and touchstone. So many great movies I'd love to have by them but no d2d or ultraviolet copies for many.

Random Question... Does it normally take like a set amount of time for the at home D2D movies to work? Specifically like some of these new releases? Or will they potentially never work? Do we keep just keep checking them every so often?

I've had poor experiences with the Wal Mart conversion program to say the least.

New releases will never work with the current program. They haven't since the in home program began over 3 years ago. New additions to the d2d program have potential to work if they are from prior to 2013. If they don't read then they will most likely never work with home d2d. If you get a message that the disc is not eligible when it in fact is then there is hope that they may one fix the activation of the movie in their database. They have fixed some of those but there are still a lot not fixed.

                  Hello,

Is the data base still being maintained? I have noted there has been no added movies or updates since 8-14-2016. I hope everything is ok, perhaps on vacation? Anyways, I really appreciate the list it is like the bible for D2D eligibility.

                  Best Regards,

From 11/22/15 to 2/27/16 there was 1 addition. And then from 2/27 to 6/7 there might have been two, then it blew up with like 500 adds. Looks like we're back in a dry spell.

Last week I was just pulling out some older printed eligible movie lists just to gear up for the Halloween theme. I ordered a "Phantasm III Lord of the Dead" seems like it was one of the more hard to get titles in the franchise. I received it yesterday and was going to add it to my library. I wasn't too excited because all that was available were the SD versions only with the exception of Phantasm 2. Boy was I surprised, seems VUDU was hard at work to bring not only all of the titles to their library for purchase but now were offered in the HDX. I couldn't believe it! What a treat looks like the new Phantasm movie is available to purchase too. What a bonus! Check it all out when you get a chance. I love those movies!

That's because the digital rights changed hands. The original SD versions were from Starz/Anchor Bay. Now a company called Well Go is handing the rights for all four films aside from Phantasm II (which is controlled by Universal Studios). Well Go has also provided new encodes for the other films. Phantasm I and III used to be in the wrong aspect ratio. The Well Go versions have corrected this issue.

Looks like Life of Brian was taken off. I can't add it manually to my list on the Vudu Disc to Digital website nor will the app read my Bluray disc. The disc is found as "Life of Brian [Blu-ray] - BLURAY - 1979".
