      Payback: Straight Up (Director's Cut)
Maybe a delayed effect since Payback now shows up in the In Store D2D list.

              Quick question...

Does Vudu@home Disc to Digital have the same films as instore Disc To Digital?

Mostly was asking because it would be handy to know that Film X was instore only vs Film Y being Both, and Film Z being @home only.

              Any knowledge please share.

Yes, the list is the same. Some movies don't work @home, but that is because of bugs with the software/database.

Double and triple features cannot be recognized also. When you have a DVD with 2 or more titles you will have to take them into Walmart. I have had VUDU ToGo recognize the first movie only.

Rust and Bone and Searching for Sugarman do not work via d2d Vudu to go. I tried these yesterday with no luck.

It seems to me like it's going to take a software update in order for the movies that are not recognized or recognized incorrectly to work. The same movies that didn't work last week still don't work this week so I'm thinking it will take an upgrade on the VuduToGo application.

If it is designed properly it shouldn't. It should be database driven where Vudu ToGo reads the DVD or Blu-Ray and sends the ID into Vudu's service via a web service for verification. After multiple accounts have confirmed a title not in their database, they should automatically add the corrected code and notify those who previously tried to add the missing title.

That would be great if it were true except I don't like where you said "After multiple accounts have confirmed a title not in their database, ...". How many is "multiple accounts" and how long before we're notified? What if it takes 5 accounts and only four have found the error?

If a code is cross-referenced to the wrong movie or the code isn't wrong in their database then everyone using Vudu TO GO would get the error. I don't see a problem with having some number of accounts confirm the same DVD and having the system self correct itself and notify those of us who reported the correct title as soon as this correction occurs.

Problem is that communications and notifications is a big weakness with Vudu.

If they would take responsibility for these error's instead of wasting time blaming us, that might help. Every time I open a support ticket we go back and forth several times with the same fix it suggestions, and nothing seems to get resolved.
