I'm a little confused here. So, does that mean no items added to cart via in-store queue addition to the cart will show up in VUDU2Go? Or that nothing after the recent upgrade will show up?

If items were added to the Cart via in-store queue prior to the recent upgrade, what happens to those titles, I guess, is the question. Do those disappear? Will those show up as grandfathered in?

And can we still use in-store queues to convert those titles VUDU2Go is still barfing on? Will they actually "bypass" the VUDU2Go cart completely now allowing us to buy our smaller in-store queues without jeopardizing our VUDU2Go queues? Or will the in-store process still foul up on existing non-paid-for VUDU2Go carts? That is, will having items in our VUDU2Go cart continue to keep us from checking out just the in-store stuff in-store at Wal-mart? OR will we still have to "add to cart" and pay for BOTH the in-store stuff AND the existing VUDU2Go cart stuff, as before?

Any timeline on when we might see our carts restored (preferable to simply deleting them and making us start over). Clearly since our existing carts are interfering with recognition of the same discs again they're stored somewhere in the system & it's maybe just a front-end issue getting them to show up? Granted I've converted a few discs that WEREN'T already in my cart since then. Hopefully that doesn't complicate the process of restoring the old cart's contents?

I'm hoping there's some way of fixing this. Clearly this would qualify as "trouble with the new software" after the upgrade. Don't know why it's doing this, but pretty irritated at the moment. IS this the case with all "pre-existing" carts being "emptied" or "misplaced"? Or am I the sole beneficiary of this little glitch?

Same here. I get this message.

There was an error reading this disc.

You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instant conversion.

I was so excited about this, I wanted to upgrade my DVDs, but I can't get this work.

I've come across this all...the so called flip discs. I've had 1 out of about 50 actually identify 1 movie on 1 side, the other side gave the old problem verifying disc message (Airport/Airport 1975). I've given up on the flip discs and if I come across one, I just add it to my Wal-Mart queue...very annoying. Other then that, I've only come across 1 or 2 other discs that don't recognize, so I guess I'm pretty lucky. Now if they would just fix the miss identified discs.

I have had that happen to me...problem verifying disc and I would turn it over and the other side would work.

The double feature movies still don't work though. Probably never will. I have several in VUDU ToGo and a few to take to Walmart, a double feature DVD, a DVD that wouldn't verify in VUDU ToGo, and two Blu-Rays.

    - You don't have discount
    - As soon as you run, it will force you to upgrade.

Do you have any ISO mounting software? If so please make sure you don't have any mount at the time you run VUDU To Go.
Can you run DOS command "diskpart" and follow by "list volume", then PM me the output?
    (type exit to exit diskpart)

    Thanks,

If you intend to use Disc to Digital the program forces you to upgrade.
