Re: Trouble with the new D2D software?

I'm having some trouble with it as well. Although I think some of my issues are due to the changeover rather than the new version itself.

There was an error reading this disc.

You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instant conversion.

Everyone of them says the same.

The %APPDATA% is the env for "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\". You can just type it in Explorer or Command prompt to get it.

Usually I give that as some users do not know the "<Your username>" needs to be replaced with correct one.

This is serious problem and we would like to learn about it. Please tell us the setup OS, number of drive.

I have learned sometimes the older app can give the problem. Please do the following if you want to reinstall.
    - Uninstall Adobe Air, VUDU To Go from Control panel
    - delete %APPDATA%\com.vudu.air.Downloader, and %APPDATA%\Adobe\AIR
    - reinstall the new app (it will install Adobe Air).

I will be following this thread to learn about this issue.

    Thanks,
    LLN

That is just 4 of the several I have tried. I also uninstalled & reinstalled the software. Still the same.
