Killing them softly, Redeeming 10+ times a dabad customer service..Jake, felipe help

    Killing them softly, Redeeming 10+ times a dabad customer service..Jake, felipe help

    Ok so here we are 3 cases later and no help. I've have always given vudu customer service good feedback but not now. Maybe jake from eng. can help me on here. So i redeemed Killing them softly right about when vudu lost weinstein company movie rights from a brief time. So now The movie shows up, then disappears. It redeems about 10 times a day. Which is absolutely lovely in my balance history. Redeems from 70 to 100 times a week. 400+ a months etc etc. First case ref # 130819-000716, i asked for refund for stargate and also asked for help with killing them softly. They refunded me for stargate closed the case. Ok second case i opened ref # 130819-000786, response on 8/20 from Dan hatman "My apologies for the issues with that movie. I've tried to re-sync your accounts in hopes that the movie will stop importing over and over again. I'll keep an eye on your account to see if this corrected the problem. If you notice any additional issues, please let me know" so i updated later that night. Saying it was still going on. Then 8/21 updated again. Asking if they could refund me for the movie cost.( because i buy movies for ultraviolet then sell or give them away) Or take this movie off my list and sub me out for a different movie, like one through vudu only for something like example Casino Royale. 8/22 still redeeming 10 times a day. Opened up a new case since no one responded to the two updates i did on the second case. So here we are on the third case ref# 130822-000439 Which they just closed, No response or anything. Now thats customer service. I'm glad ive spent $1000's of dollars between buying movies and shows so i can add them to vudu... Movie has redeemed 8 times so far today. Please fix me thats terrible to have my balance and history flooded for life.

          I did head count today.. 70 times redeeming and counting since 8/19

            I have been having this problem since 6/13. I would say I have it listed about 300 times on my account. Vudu says it is not in there control to fix this because I redeemed it through Flixster. Where did you buy/redeem your copy? If you did yours on VUDU then they are full of it.

                That's why I don't redeem anything through flixster or other studio sites. Never had a single problem redeeming through vudu.

                    I find this amusing and this wouldn't probably be a potential problem is my guess if Weinstein Company and Anchor Bay would of not pulled their UV coded redemptions from ultraviolet status.....just a theory of mine.....

                            That's why I don't redeem anything through flixster or other studio sites. Never had a single problem redeeming through vudu.
                            I have had more issues with redeeming a code from vudu than studios.

                            Vudu sometimes redeems in SD for blu-ray films and unlike Flixster or a major studio, will not upgrade the film if they do have have the code in there system.

                            Always use Flixster, Studios, and then VUDU in that order and you will get your blu-ray UV to be in HD.

                              I have to agree with this. Vudu has redeemed some of my blu-ray codes as SD, the studios and Flixster seem to give the correct HD version. The worst is putting in a case number or ticket or whatever Vudu calls it, for a code that doesn't redeem properly. They want you to take a picture and email it to them and yada yada. Meanwhile over at flixster or the studios, just emailing or telling them the code number is enough information.

                              Overall, I love vudu's interface but would love to cherry pick some features from the other services.
