    Vudu movie not on UltraViolet?

I recently purchased Frozen on Vudu. Both my Vudu and my TargetTicket accounts are linked to my UltraViolet account. Neither TargetTicket nor UltraViolet are showing Frozen in my library! How do I fix this?

So far, reading on all 3 websites, each web movie provider points the finger at the other one (Vudu / UltraViolet / TargetTicket / Flixter / etc) when movies don't show up. I just started using this so have less than 20 movies... if this is going to be a problem, I'm going to cancel all services and go back to DVDs as long as I can. Maybe by then, this will be straightened out. Both Target Ticket and UltraViolet seem to have BETA on their access, which to me means "still not working right".

Frozen is a Disney title and is not UV - where ever you purchase it that is where you watch it. In order for something to transfer over it has to have a UV logo

As the previous post mentioned, Disney is the major hold out on the UV standard; and I don't suspect they will join anytime soon, if ever. I think If anything they may partner with Vudu in something similar they did with Apple recently but it still won't use UV. They have a number of issues with it and like total control over their content. As a result if you purchase a Disney title or claim one with a digital coupon redemption from the disk as Vudu as the provider it will be added to your library; however, you can not share it out via UV accounts you have selected to share your collection with. If you browse your library you will notice the small UV logo next to the production company indicating if it is UV enabled. Disney movies as well as a few other titles will not have the UV lgo and means it is basically exclusive to your Vudu collection; in other words if you decided you wanted to use Flixster as your UV Player instead, Frozen wouldn't be there.

I have pointed out in some other posts that they need to build parental controls into the iOS app because I can't allow my children to use my primary account since I control all parental controls with them by sharing via UV so they can only see my PG or less titles. Unfortunately, due to Disney's lack of cooperation with UV this means I can't share my Disney titles with my kids which is ironic since that's who they are purchased for.
