My cousin can't even checkout. It wants to charge him and asks him for his credit card. Not really a big deal at this point, though. He just wanted to try it out and has already lost interest despite my best efforts. Too much complication for him to file a support ticket and he's not comfortable adding his credit card yet despite my testimonial.

Three of them lost interest after it not working but I think I've talked my cousin into filing a support ticket or posting here.

I'm having the same problem. I only really signed up at the forum here to get help after I saw this topic. Can you help me too? I'm not sure if the deal is over, messed up or if I did something wrong. Any help would be really appreciated.

I just looked on the page that says it gives the $2.00 credit ( http://www.vudu.com/in_home_disc_to_digital.html ) and it says that it is

This Promotion is available from May 29, 2013 through June 30, 2014 (the "Promotion Period"). If you create a VUDU account during the Promotion Period or you have an existing account as of the start of the Promotion Period, VUDU will issue you a two dollar ($2.00 USD) credit, which will be automatically applied; however, the credit is only good towards your next conversion of a DVD or Blu-ray disc (each a "disc") via VUDU's In-Home Disc to Digital service. You are limited to one two-dollar ($2.00 USD) credit per user account during the Promotion Period. This credit will expire automatically ninety (90) days from the date on which VUDU issued the credit to you.
Maybe because the system hasnt updated from the "new" promotion that we are on? As it is clearly past June 30th
